Commercial Fleet Fuel Pumps
Pumptronics Europe Limited

Series C Adblue Range

Pumptronics Adblue solution is offered in several versions.  The suction units come complete with suitable stainless steel pumping units driven by our standard motor as shown below.  In dispenser format to be used in conjunction with a remote pumping unit or submersible pump.  Also as a twin or dual fuel unit with diesel based fuel dispensed one side and Adblue dispensed on the other.

The products are designed to meet the requirements for those needing to comply with new emissions standards for heavy duty diesel engines.  Adblue is an aqueous solution of Urea and acts as a reducing agent converting harmful nitrogen oxides into innocuous nitrogen and water.

As the adblue specification is extremely precise it is essential that no contamination of the product occurs.  This means that standard zinc/aluminum alloys, mild steel and even some coatings must not come into prolonged contact with the solution.

Therefore we have used the original Tatsuno Meter used throughout our range, but with a specially developed coating to protect all internal metal components.  This is carefully matched with a specifically designed stainless steel pumping unit from Germany and specially designed Adblue Hose & Nozzle from ZVA.  All pipework, filters and fixings are also completely stainless steel.

There is a thermostatically controlled tube heater in the cabinet to provide frost protection to the internals and the adjacent external hose and nozzle. These units are not atex approved.
