Pumptronics now manufacture a choice of seven LPG models, all of which have been designed and developed by ourselves in the UK and come housed in the same rust-free solid stainless steel cabinets used throughout the Pumptronics range.

ACCURATE
Aside from safety which is paramount, the first aim when designing these units was the accuracy of measure. This has been achieved by using a vapour separator and dual piston meter and technologies which maintain the LPG in liquid phase under varying conditions. All the Pumptronics LPG dispensers are therefore suitable for the re-sale of LPG.

FAST
The second aim was dispensing speed, to ensure that the dispenser did not constrain the flow-rate being generated from the tank. By using correctly sized, quality valves, fittings and pipework, LPG can flow through the Pumptronics dispensers at a rate of over 50LPM.

LOW MAINTENANCE
The final aim was that the units were practical and maintainable under normal site conditions. Each section of the dispenser is therefore able to be isolated and drained to allow parts to be removed as necessary. The pipework also includes a nozzle attachment point to enable product to be circulated back to the tank for testing purposes – invaluable when there is no LPG vehicle available and for standard measure checks.

COMPATIBILITY
The same selection of self-service and fuel monitoring interfaces supported by other Pumptronics equipment are also available for LPG dispensers and have the necessary Weights & Measures certification.

In addition we now offer the NEW DUAL FUEL dispenser.
With LPG vehicles also needing to re-fuel with Unleaded, this combined fuel dispenser, allows motorists to fuel with both grades without moving their vehicle – a facility that will be greatly welcomed by dual fuel drivers.
