In addition to the features supplied as standard with each model, other options are also available which can be added to tailor each pump to your requirements. Pumptronics can also manufacture ‘specials’ to provide extra high-speed fuelling, or units to handle specific fuelling requirements. Wherever possible, standard fuel pumps and options should be used, as bespoke units are always more costly due to design time and special manufacturing requirements. Hose retriever or high hose option
Retail models come complete with a choice of an integral hose retriever (Not Atex approved, use for Diesel Fuels only) or a high hose as preferred. Both are available as an optional extra on the Commercial, Zeon and Mechanical ranges.

Hoses
Where coloured hoses are not included within the standard price they can be selected as an optional extra. (Note: 1” hoses only available in black).

Hose break couplings
Breakaway couplings are provided with all Weights & Measures approved pumps. For unapproved units hose break couplings can be supplied as an optional extra.

Remote Hose Stanchion
A remote hose stanchion is now available for connection to any of our diesel pumps to provide double sided filling from the same fuel pump. No need to turn the truck or throw the nozzle underneath to reach the other tank (not Weights & Measures approved for re-sale).

Data output
Pumptronics pumps and dispensers can be factory set to communicate with a wide range of 3rd party self-service, card, key and fuel-monitoring systems. Interfaces available are serial data (used for retail pumps and most Weights & Measures approved systems) or pulse output. Pulse rates are usually 100 pulses per litre (100PPL) or 10 pulses per litre (10PPL). An interface is included within the price of all electronic pumps. On mechanical pumps a 10PPL pulser can be supplied as an optional extra.

Pumps or dispensers
Units can be supplied complete with integral pumping mechanism (fuel pumps) or to operate in conjunction with a pressurised fuel system generated by in-line or submersible turbine pumps (fuel dispensers).

Extra high-speed pumps
Weights & Measures approved pumps providing nominal fuelling rates of 100LPM, 125LPM and 180LPM are available. Three phase supply required.

Under pump stools / cradles
For new installations, under pump stools allow pipework to be positioned correctly prior to the arrival of the pumps on site and provide an accurate bolt-down platform. Units are fully galvanised and are available to suit Mono or Twin base sizes.

Under pump plinths
Matching stainless steel under pump plinths are available to match all models. An easy and low cost way to provide the required 150mm pump island or to generate additional working space under a pump or dispenser.
