Construction:
Fabricated from solid 304 stainless steel with GRP / Polycarbonate head.

Approved Fuel Pump Hydraulics:
Large capacity combined gear pump and air separator. ‘Super-accurate-meter’ with 0.08% increment adjustment. Both units of world-renowned quality. (n/a to LPG).

Flow Rates:
Standard speed nominal 45-55 litres per minute (LPM).

Mid Speed nominal 70 litres per minute (LPM).

High speed nominal 90 litres per minute (LPM).

Higher flow rates on request.

Lube oil nominal 5-10 litres per minute (LPM).

Adblue nominal 15 litres per minute (LPM)

Displays:
1” illuminated LCD displays with superb all-round viewing angle.

Retail cash computing display showing price per litre, volume and cash for current sale.

Commercial display showing volume only informat
ion in litres (gallons display on request).

Display retained for 15 minutes in the event of a mains power failure.

Electronics:
Powerful compact microprocessor unit and power supply with built-in memory and comprehensive error checking. Control functions accessed either via hand-held infra-red controller with security coded operation or managers keyswitch.

Electrics:
All units are supplied wtih 0.55kW EExd motors, (n/a to dispensers). Three phase motors required for high capacity models or available on request.

Hoses / Nozzles:
Standard speed units fitted with ¾” diameter 3.3m length hose and automatic lightweight nozzle. High speed units fitted with 1” diameter 3.5m black hose and high flow nozzle. (n/a lube oil or LPG).

Totalisers:
Cash and volume totalisers displayed at the pump on demand and accessed via the hand-held infra-red controller, managers keyswitch, or pump-controller / fuel management system.

Price Setting:
Prices can be set either manually at the pump via the hand-held infra-red controller or remotely via the pump controller / point-of-sale system. (n/a to nonretail models).

Volume Limits:
Standard speed units factory set at 100 litres. High speed units set at 900 litres, lube oil set at 20 litres. Other settings on request subject to local / national regulations.

Calibration:
Weights & Measures setting enables required 0.005 litre resolution for meter set-up.

 

 

Installation Requirements

Detailed installation instructions and information will be supplied with acknowledgement of order. The notes below and the dimension given on the specific product leaflets are for initial guidance only.

Installation:
All units are designed to be installed on a pump island of minimum 150mm height.

Electrical Supply:
220V / 240V, 50Hz, single phase
(other voltages and / or three phase on request).

Mains: 1 x 4L1.5 MICC / SWA / Approved cable per unit
Data: 1 x 3L1 MICC / SWA / Approved cable per unit for serial data interfaced units.
Pulse: 1 x 3L1 MICC / SWA / Approved cable per nozzle for pulse output interfaced units.
N.B. A minimum of 2m of free cable is required at the pump island to reach the connection points located in the pump head.
